2- Typos
Although Power Saving Systems Company is keen to provide accurate information about the products and their prices, some typographical errors may occur. If a product is displayed at a wrong price or information, Power Saving Systems Company has the right to refuse or cancel orders for this product as it deems appropriate. In the event that there is an error in the pricing of one of the products that you ordered, it is possible for the Power Saving Systems Company, based on what it deems appropriate, to contact you to find out whether you wish to continue this order after making an adjustment to its price or cancel the order and inform you of that.
3- Return & Replace
- Purchases to be exchanged or returned must be in their original condition upon purchase and the protective packaging has not been removed from them.
- Return and exchange includes all products in the event of a manufacturing defect or delivery error, with the company bearing the transportation cost.
- If the customer wishes to return or exchange a product for another product, the customer will bear the shipping fee. The return period is 5 days and the exchange period is 15 days from the date of receipt of the product. With the exception of days of offers and sales, the return period is within 3 days from the date of receipt of the product.
- A product will not be replaced with another product unless the original product is not available in stock, and the customer’s approval will be requested before the product is replaced
4- How to return the product:
If you receive your product from the Power Saving Systems Company sales team you should contact us.
If you receive your product from a shipping company, you can use courier services.
If you purchased your product from one of our showrooms, you must visit the showroom itself.
- The amount due to the customer will be paid within a period of seven (7) days from the date of receiving the product
- In the event of payment via payment upon receipt, bank transfer, or Visa, the amount will be returned from the Power Saving Systems Company to the customer’s account via bank transfer.
- The Power Saving Systems Company will replace the product that has a manufacturing defect or is unwanted within three (3) working days according to the following conditions:
- The device must be free of scratches, misuse, or malfunction due to connecting electricity to the wrong voltage.
- Bring the product in the original box with all accessories inside.
- The original purchase invoice must be attached when requesting an exchange or refund. The invoice number must appear on the shipping document, and if it is not present, it may delay the process or slow down the response process -
5- Warranty:
- The warranty includes all electrical appliances purchased from the Power Saving Systems Company store
- The warranty is valid for two years from the date of purchase
- The warranty does not cover problems that arise due to misuse or attempts to repair the product
- The warranty period is approved for two years, and the warranty covers manufacturing defects only, not misuse or poor installation. The warranty claim is based on the original invoice only.

- The audit process may take a maximum of three business days.
- The customer will then be contacted to arrange shipping of the product if the damage to the product is covered by the warranty.
- The bill of lading is sent to the customer and the customer delivers the product to the shipping company.
- The safety of the product is verified by the store within a maximum of two working days after the store receives the product.
- The customer will be compensated by replacing the product with another identical product, and in the event of unavailability, the customer will be compensated for the full value of the product.
- In the event that the damage results from misuse, the customer will be contacted to return the product, and the customer will bear all shipping costs.
- Shipping is done through UPS at a cost of 35 Riyals
- The bill of lading is sent to the customer if the store management accepts the request to benefit from the warranty.
